Contract For Exposure

For you artists out there, I’m sure you have run across people who want you to do work for the “exposure.” Well, now there is a contract for that.  In January, I had the pleasure of meeting an attorney by the name of Jonathan Tobin who specializes in copyright law. Many of you artists have run across folks who ask you to do free work for so-called exposure. Most of the time, it’s a waste of your time. But on the off-chance that it may not be, Mr. Tobin has put together a free downloadable contract that can help you weed out who is serious and who is not.
